  • Payment is required at time of booking tickets.  Seats cannot be held without payment.  Please organize your group and have payment information ready upon booking your group.
  • Group sales are valid for groups of 32 people or more.  Deposit requirements and contract are required.  Please contact us for further details.
  • Ticket Exchanges: Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance of the same show for a fee of $2.00 per ticket.
  • All payments are final… No Refunds! No Rainchecks!
  • Group Reservations MUST be reserved by one person and paid in one payment.
  • Reservations added at a later date or reserved separately may not be seated with the group.
  • Handicap Accessible Seating is available but must be requested at time of reservation.  Seating is based on full payment date.  Please inform our Box Office of special needs in advance.  Please inform us upon booking your group so that we can properly accomodate your guest's requests.
  • Special dietary requests will be accomodated with prior notice to our culinary team.  Same day requests may not be possible.
  • All seats have view of performance area once the meal is complete.  Guest seats can be turned to face the stage area without obstruction.  
  • Please be considerate and silence all portable devices and limit interuptions once the performance has started.
  • The house lights will flash prior to curtain.  Please take your seats as time frames must be met to accomodate our group travel guests.  The show will begin upon all guests being initialy seated.  
  • Please inform your server if you may need special assistance at any point throughout your visit with us.
